This tonic has a bite, but when used in my morning smoothie it's actually very good. I've been using for about a month, I have more energy and have lost several pounds.

As someone who regularly and for years has stomached raw apple cider vinegar, this was borderline delicious! I also regularly buy health shots from the grocery store for $4 per shot containing the other ingredients in this or I would make my own health shots with the other ingredients also which adds up money wise and is time consuming. This will be a staple in my life from here on out.

Really like their choice of ingredients in this product. Has a decent sweetness to the tart vinegar. Ginger & cayenne give it a good kick, but not too spicy.

Haven't found a fire cider in a long time I love but I chose this one for the mix of manuka honey and other ingredients I prefer. The name "Bite me" sold it for me. I'm so glad it did. It's delicious and smooth and everything I was looking for. There's so many fire ciders on the market these days, and I'm so glad to have found one that I enjoy this much.

I enjoyed this tonic; the slight kick in the taste made me eager to take my morning shots. I've tried to take other ACV shots before, but this one just tasted so much better; it was not a chore to drink it!

I hate the taste of ACV, even though I know it has some fantastic health benefits. The other ingredients also have benefits. This is palatable for me. I need to remember to take it when I'm having tummy troubles, which I get quite often. It's rich in tumeric, from it's yellow color. Overall it's worth a try.

We really enjoy kombucha in our household, and along with buying it pre-brewed in bottles, we'll occasionally pick up powdered "kombucha" packets. While these powdered mixes taste great and are essentially the same as bottled kombucha, they tend to lack the same level of fermentation and fizziness, and this Bite Me Tonic is a really excellent way to get it up to the level that we like.We've found that one shot of this tonic added for every 8 ounces of powder-brewed kombucha is a good balance both in terms of the flavor added and the fermentation that is "restored".While I'm a big fan of apple cider vinegar as a way to keep fresh fruits (like strawberries and raspberries) from growing mold in the fridge, I've never been a big subscriber to drinking the stuff for digestive reasons. I just don't like the flavor THAT much that downing a bit of it seems all that appealing.The manuka honey added for this tonic, however, definitely helps to give this stuff an additional sweetness alongside the tartness it's already known for. It's a pretty good solution to make it more palatable, and drinking a straight shot of this tonic isn't an unpleasant experience. It does taste quite good.It tastes even better when mixed with various flavored kombucha powders though, so that's definitely how we used the majority of this.***Overall Value***Apart from the first time we tried it, we usually eyeball our servings (usually erring on the side of "less is more") so we got more than the 18 servings expected and it helped to stretch the value of this tonic and that might help justify the roughly $24 price (at the time of review). Obviously it's not the apple cider vinegar part of the tonic but rather the Manuka honey kicker that drives the value, so I won't really complain there. Bite Me has struck a good flavor balance here, and with the inclusion of a premium ingredient like Manuka honey in the mix this is a pretty good value.

Delivered on time and good packaging.Tonic is helpful for many gastric issues for me. Taste is strong yet so are benefits. It's made by a small family owned company.

If you didn't like the original apple cider vinegar, you might like this one. With some flavor other than the vinegar, and some sweetness to it, this is great for your health. Easier to take for me as it's not straight up only the cider vinegar.

This ACV with the unfiltered Mother is the real deal and went quicker than expected. We love the added turmeric and honey, as those are ingredients we already try to utilize daily. I’m glad none of it went to waste, but I really wish it was a gallon and lasted longer! Going to need a bottle of this in the fridge for the winter season when the germs are in full swing. Can’t fault a product for being too amazing so this is an easy 5 stars.

The manuka honey helps to make the apple cider vinegar much easier to drink. I won't lie. It's still harsh but the sweetness of the honey helps a lot vs drinking the ACV straight.
